I recently had the pleasure of attending your swim clinic held in Angels Camp, CA. Your method of teaching is very approachable; your analogies and dry land demonstrations were easy to understand; and you provided us with effective dry land and pool drills. Particularly useful was the stroke video analysis and follow-up. Boy, what an eye opener that was.Having been a swimmer all my life and a triathlete for the last 30 years, I can honestly say that “a (moving) picture is worth a thousand words”! While my overall fitness is pretty good, I was able to actually see how several of my lifelong ingrained habits were actually working against me. I have reviewed my video over and over. I now realize just how important proper swim technique is to improving my swimming.
