Boost Swimming was created by Coach Jeff Pearson after a 20 year career working with some of the world's best swimmers. Jeff's elite team coaching culminated with two of his developmental athletes going on to win medals in the 2012 Olympic Games. Previous to that, Jeff was a two time USA National Open Water Swimming Champion and USA National Team Member. Today, he is extremely passionate about making that experience and knowledge available to adult and youth athletes alike. With a large tool box developed over a lifetime of swimming and coaching, Jeff has a proven system of developing the skills necessary to help each athlete reach their swimming potential.
Each of Boost Swimming's camps, clinics or private instructional sessions are designed to maximize the time available and expedite learning by identifying the correct order and nature of changes that need to be made. With the use of underwater video analysis and a breakdown using sophisticated analysis software, Boost creates an INDIVIDUALIZED PLAN for each athlete. While certain principles apply to all humans trying to move through water, there is no cookie cutter or stock technique that is regurgitated to every athlete. No, you will probably not be taught to swim like Michael Phelps unless your body type, background, and goals are similar to his. Every athlete is different with individual anthropomorphic characteristics, ingrained movement patterns, and goals. Because of that, your stroke needs to be developed with those things in mind.
In addition, Boost Swimming designs personal training plans that contain the crucial elements used to develop some of the world's best athletes with all that you need and nothing you don't. Crafted with equal parts art and science, Boost's training program will push your progression, and if you commit to following the program, your improvement is inevitable. By utilizing training paces with a proven progressive program, swimming becomes fun, purposeful and effective.
There are very few swimming coaches with the talent and experience of Boost's staff that are available to everyone. Learning to swim efficiently takes an experienced coach with a proven track record of success. Don't take another bad stroke, contact Boost Swimming today!
