This four week (one day per week) clinic is designed for summer league swimmers of all abilities ages 8 and up. All four competitive strokes as well as starts and turns will be covered using a combination of classroom and pool sessions. While in the classroom, we will be utilizing video analysis of world class swimmers as well as a discussion of the most cutting edge techniques. We will take that knowledge to the pool and begin the practical learning using our targeted drill progressions.
