We have created a series of plans for athletes of all speed and ability, derived from over 25 years of proven success working with elite athletes. Swimming is the discipline that generally receives the least amount of attention and is also the area in which even experienced triathletes can improve the most!
We understand that a training plan is the road map for what will be months of hard work, and it's not a decision that anyone should take lightly. For this reason, we also offer a Free Sample Plan to familiarize athletes with how our program functions.
